– Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation (including COD orders).
– In case of high demand or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll keep you informed.

2. Product Availability:
– All products shown on the website are subject to availability.
– In rare cases, if a selected item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

3. Payment Terms:
– We accept both Online Payment and Cash on Delivery (COD).
– In COD, you pay only after receiving your order — no advance payment is needed.
– For online payments, we use secure gateways with industry-level encryption.

4. Shipping & Delivery:
– We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
– Please provide accurate address and contact details to avoid delays.
– Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

5. Cancellations:
– Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, unless already shipped.
– After dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

6. Return & Refund:
– Return requests must follow our Return Policy.
– Used, worn, or damaged items will not be eligible for return or pickup.
– Refunds will be processed only after the product is inspected.

7. Changes to Terms:
– ZAYROON reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
– Updated terms will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.

8. Respect & Ethics:
– We expect all interactions — whether in message or purchase — to be respectful.

– If not eligible, the pickup will not happen and the item remains the customer’s responsibility.

💸 Refund Timeline:
– Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
– For COD orders, we’ll request your bank/UPI details for the refund.
